*GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:

Brutus has come such a long way in the last couple of months! When he first arrived at rescue, he wasn’t quite sure how to accept love — but now, this sweet boy has truly blossomed. He’s turned into quite the snuggler and loves nothing more than being close to his people. If you’re someone who enjoys “extra” affection, Brutus might just be your perfect match! He’ll happily curl up beside you on the couch — or even stretch out on top of you like a recliner. Brutus enjoys short leash walks and is content to spend most of his day relaxing. If you work from home, he’ll be your loyal office sidekick, keeping you company while you get things done. He gets along well with other dogs, though he can be a little mouthy in play — we think he’s just making up for lost time since he probably didn’t get to play much in his past. Brutus is fully potty trained and has been doing great in his foster home. He can even be left unsupervised during the day without any issues. This handsome guy is fully vetted, neutered, and recently had cherry eye surgery. His skin is still a bit of a work in progress, but he’s healing beautifully and ready to find his forever family. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will be your best friend and cuddle buddy, Brutus is your guy!
