General observations: Boogie was recently neutered, which means he’s officially one step closer to being ready for adoption!
He is potty trained, crate trained, does well with stairs, and travels great in the car. He’s still working on his leash skills, but he’s making progress. He has a moderate energy level with little spurts of BIG energy, and one of his favorite things to do is play indoor fetch. He also loves being on the furniture and, naturally, prefers to be the center of attention.

Boogie is a dominant guy and is looking for a home where he can be the only dog. He has not been tested with cats, and would probably do best with older children. He doesn’t require a fenced-in yard and could do well in an apartment or condo with the right adopter.

And then there’s his bark… or should we say scream? Boogie’s bark sounds more like a Bulldog siren than an actual bark, so his future family should be prepared for his very unique way of making sure everyone knows he has something to say!

Boogie is getting closer to being adoption-ready with every step, and we can’t wait to see what his future holds.
