MAX

Max is a 7-month-old French Bulldog who came to us as an emergency rescue after jumping off a couch and breaking his right front leg—in three places. Max underwent surgery with an orthopedic specialist to repair the damage, giving him the best possible chance at a full recovery despite the severity of his injury.

Over the past few weeks, Max has had multiple recheck appointments with his veterinarian, including additional radiographs to carefully monitor his healing progress. We’re happy to share that two of the three fracture sites are healing well and showing encouraging signs of improvement. While there is still one area that needs more time and continued care, this is a big step in the right direction.

He still has a long road ahead, but his spirit remains as strong as ever—full of that playful puppy energy, even while on medication!
