MIGHTY
NAME: Mighty
AGE: 1 Year
WEIGHT: 25 lbs
GOOD WITH DOGS? Yes, he likes to play with them. When at another fosters house though he did show some aggression towards another dog when they tried to take his food so he should be fed seperately from other dogs.
GOOD WITH CATS? Yes, he enjoys chasing our cat and trying to get her to play with him. He is not aggressive towards her and she likes to tease him
GOOD WITH KIDS? Yes, he does do "puppy bites" when playing and is mouthy. We are working on correcting that.
POTTY TRAINED? Yes, he does still have the occasional accident but they are getting few and further in between. He seems to have a small bladder so he likes to go out and go potty often, especially after he eats or drinks a lot.
CRATE TRAINED? Yes, but he does not enter it himself. Once you get him to the kennel he walks the rest of the way in.
LEASH TRAINED? Yes, he enjoys walks but does pull on the leash if he sees something that he wants.
GOOD WITH STAIRS? Yes
LIKES TO BE ON FURNITURE? Yes
TRAVELS IN CAR WELL? Yes, he loves car rides and settles in very quickly and lays down

DOMINANT OR SUBMISSIVE? Submissive
SUITABLE FOR APARTMENT/CONDO? Yes but would need to be walked often
FENCED YARD REQUIRED? No, he is not a runner and comes back when called.
*GENERAL OBSERVATIONS: Mighty is a sweet, goofy, people-loving pup who wants nothing more than to be close to his humans. He’s a champion snuggler and would happily curl up beside you for naps or nighttime cuddles. This affectionate boy thrives on companionship and loves being part of the action.
Playtime is one of Mighty’s favorite things. He adores his BullyBone and will chew on it contentedly for long stretches. He also loves chasing a ball and will fetch it and bring it right back, ready for more fun. When he gets excited, he can get a bit riled up and may try to playfully nibble, so a home familiar with puppy play manners would be a good fit. He’s also very interested in small toys—especially Legos—so his future family will need to keep those items safely out of reach.
Mighty is still learning to feel comfortable being alone. He will go into his kennel, but he may cry initially before settling down. With patience, consistency, and reassurance, he will continue to make progress in this area.
When it comes to food, Mighty is quite polite. He’s not very food motivated, will sit before meals, and allows his humans to pet him or pick up his bowl while he eats. He doesn’t beg at the table, and if you ask him to lie down, he listens well. The only thing he doesn’t appreciate is another dog trying to steal his food—otherwise, he’s easygoing and cooperative.
Above all, Mighty is a loving, eager-to-please pup who thrives on affection and gentle guidance. He’s ready to bring joy, snuggles, and lots of playful moments to the family lucky enough to call him their own.
