GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:

Norman is the sweetest boy. He is very attached to his human companions. He does love his foster siblings and will play with them on occasion but for the most part he is very low energy and just loves to have a spot to sleep next to his human companions. He is very well behaved, potty trained and loves to play with toys. He does get sad if he is not close to his human companion. Norman would be fine as the only pup in the house or with siblings. He recently had soft palate and nare surgery to help with his breathing and regurgitation issues. He is doing well and is slowly recovering from these procedures.
